1. About Mobile Fix Hub

Mobile Fix Hub is a mobile repair shop management and diagnostic application designed for repair shop owners, technicians, and smartphone users. Features include parts compatibility search, inventory/stock tracking, sales records, job card management, offline data storage, speaker water cleaner, and hardware sensor testing.

2. Information We Collect & Process

Depending on how you utilize the app features, the app processes:

• User-Entered Shop Records: Shop name, address, phone number, GST number, sales logs, inventory items, and customer job card notes.
• Technical Device Info: Device model, Android OS version, app version, and diagnostic logs (used strictly on-device for hardware tests).
• Backup & Import Files: Access to user-selected CSV or JSON files for requested data backup or restore actions.

3. Offline Data Storage & User Privacy

Mobile Fix Hub stores all business records and job cards locally on your device using secure local database storage. Your data remains entirely under your control and is never automatically uploaded to our servers or sold to data brokers.

4. Android Permissions Used

• Storage / Files Access: Requested only when exporting or restoring backup files created by you.
• Notifications: Used for low stock warnings, job card reminders, and backup alerts.
• Microphone / Speaker Hardware: Used strictly during acoustic speaker water cleaner frequencies. No recording occurs.

5. Data Deletion & Reset

You can permanently erase all stored shop records and local application settings at any time by navigating to Android System Settings > Apps > Mobile Fix Hub > Storage > Clear Storage, or by uninstalling the application.
